Payment policy

- All students will be invoiced for classes half termly, through the class manager portal

- Private lessons and LAMDA coaching will be invoiced through the class manager portal

- Exam fees will be sent through the class manager portal 

- Payment deadlines are on the invoices - late payment fees may apply

- 1 terms notice must be given when stopping classes at MAD - notice must be given in writing

- 1 terms notice must be given if your child wishes to change classes at MAD - notice must be given in writing

- No refunds are given when a child misses class

- If classes are cancelled by MAD, we will credit the class to the next term, unless it is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control 

- Trial classes are free. 1 trial permitted per child

- Attendance is always important for the development of your child, but particularly when working towards performances and exams.

Dress code

- Please refer to our uniform page.

- Correct uniform should be worn at all times

- No jewellery
